Women in Plastics Italy took part in StartHER 2026, the female entrepreneurship training program promoted by the University of Parma in collaboration with the Parma Technopole.
The initiative is aimed at female students interested in approaching the world of entrepreneurship, offering initial guidance on developing project ideas and building a business. The program provided practical tools to develop transversal skills, enhance communication abilities, and effectively present and promote projects, along with opportunities for direct exchange with industry professionals and experts.
As part of the program, WIP shared its experience with the participants, highlighting the value of female leadership across professional, entrepreneurial, and innovation-driven contexts.
WIP’s participation in StartHER confirms the association’s commitment to supporting initiatives dedicated to younger generations, fostering opportunities for growth, exchange, and inspiration, and contributing to the development of skills, awareness, and entrepreneurial mindset among women.
