Women in Plastics Italy, thanks to the strength of its network, is able to develop and offer a range of services dedicated to its members, designed to support their professional and personal growth.
The Association was created through the collaboration of active members, industry professionals and supporting companies that share common values, vision and goals. This virtuous ecosystem enables WIP to listen to the real needs of the community and transform them into concrete, useful and targeted initiatives.
Through the networking developed over time, skills and experiences intersect, generating opportunities that would be difficult to achieve individually.

WIPS Care
The Protected Listening Channel of Women in Plastics Italy
In a working world that is evolving towards greater awareness, equity and inclusion, Women in Plastics Italy strengthens its commitment to protecting its members through WIPS CARE, a service designed to offer a safe, confidential and qualified listening space. The project is founded on the belief that personal and professional well-being is an essential element for individual and collective growth, and that respect for each person’s dignity must be translated into concrete actions.
