WIPS CARE is a protected listening channel dedicated to members who are experiencing or have experienced situations of discrimination, harassment, violence or behaviours that undermine personal and professional dignity. Through this service, WIP aims to provide a reliable point of reference, capable of receiving reports with care, competence and the utmost confidentiality, always placing the individual at the centre.
A Safe and Confidential Environment
The service is structured as a space for listening and guidance, not as a disciplinary or judicial body. Reports are collected through a dedicated channel and managed by qualified external professionals, ensuring total confidentiality, neutrality and protection. This approach allows members to speak freely, without fear of judgement or repercussions, within a safe and protected environment.

Who the Service Is For
WIPS CARE is a service reserved for individual members of Women in Plastics Italy who are in good standing with their Association membership. It is intended for all those who feel the need for qualified listening and initial guidance in situations of discomfort or vulnerability.
Reporting Procedure
To ensure the highest level of protection, confidentiality and impartiality, reports related to WIPS CARE are received directly by Studio Legale Allavelli, appointed as the recipient of the reports and data controller.
This operational model ensures that every communication is handled by a qualified and independent third party, in full respect of privacy and the wishes of the reporting individual.
