In collaboration with supporting member Franplast, WIPS-IT is involved in organizing a technical event dedicated to TPE-S injection molding, scheduled for April 29 at Arburg Italia in Peschiera Borromeo.
The initiative aims to provide a concrete opportunity for professional growth, with a particular focus on engaging women in a field where female representation is still limited.
The morning will feature a technical session with live demonstrations and analysis of the main molding defects, followed by a round table with President Miriam Olivi and other guests, moderated by Chiara Pastore, focusing on career development, skills, and inclusion.
WIPS members will receive a dedicated communication with participation details.
