We are pleased to confirm our continued support for the “Obiettivo EFFE – Female Empowerment for a Fairer Future” project, through our participation in the conference held on 10 November at the University of Milano-Bicocca. The event focused on negotiation, female empowerment, and the future of work, with contributions from academia, business, and public institutions.
A key element of the initiative is the EFFE Summer Camp – the first entirely free summer camp in Italy dedicated to financial education and entrepreneurship for girls born in 2008, 2009, and 2010. The program will take place from 8 to 13 June 2026 on the University of Milano-Bicocca campus.

- Lectures, workshops, and case studies
- Meetings with female entrepreneurs and professionals
- Networking and self-confidence development
