WOMEN IN PLASTICS ITALY AT THE 31ST PLASTICS, MOULDS AND MOULDING CONGRESS

The future of the industry also depends on people, skills and the ability to foster dialogue between generations and the business world.
On November 17, during the 31st Plastics, Moulds and Moulding Congress, organised by TMP in collaboration with Plastix and Stampi magazines, Women in Plastics Italy will be present with a dedicated desk and will actively contribute to the day’s programme by hosting a roundtable discussion on one of the key topics shaping the future of the industry: the relationship between young people, skills and businesses.
WHO WILL BUILD THE INDUSTRY OF TOMORROW? YOUNG PEOPLE, SKILLS AND BUSINESSES IN DIALOGUE
An opportunity to bring together different experiences and perspectives, exploring how to attract younger generations to the industry, nurture talent and develop the skills the sector will need in the future.

The discussion will be moderated by Chiara Pastore.
For Women in Plastics Italy, the Congress will also be an opportunity to meet professionals from across the plastics value chain, present the association’s activities and foster new connections. This participation reflects the ongoing collaboration with TMP, further strengthened by the two organisations’ reciprocal membership.
