Developing your own leadership style starts first and foremost with understanding and making the most of your talents, skills and personal strengths.This is the idea behind the Women in Plastics Italy training programme dedicated to Women’s Leadership: a full in-person day designed to provide practical tools and opportunities for discussion on key topics in professional life.The course will focus on feedback, learning how to give and receive it effectively and constructively; on negotiation and managing challenging conversations, to handle complex situations with greater confidence and assertiveness; and on strategic communication, to make your personal style clearer, more consistent and more impactful.A programme designed to strengthen authority and self-awareness, while developing a more authentic and intentional leadership style.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 18 November 2026, from 8:30/9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, at TMP – Palazzo Tecniche Nuove, Via Eritrea 21, Milan.
The day will be led by Natalia Caragia, trainer, mental coach and expert in psycho-emotional wellbeing, with an integrated approach combining neuroscience, effective communication techniques and personal development.
