Through this listening channel, WIP reaffirms its commitment to protecting women’s rights and well-being, promoting safer work environments, and spreading a culture based on respect, responsibility, and solidarity among women.
Who it’s for
The service is dedicated to individual members who are up to date with their association membership at the time of the report, with special attention to women facing hardship or vulnerability.
How it works
Reports are submitted through a dedicated form on the WIPS website and are handled exclusively by an external legal team (Studio Allavelli), ensuring full confidentiality, professionalism, and neutrality. The Association does not have access to the content of the reports.
What it offers
WIPS CARE is a channel for support and guidance, designed to provide initial legal and emotional assistance. It is not a disciplinary or judicial tool: any further action is a free and informed choice made by the person submitting the report.
